Dato’ Ir. Hj. Zulkefli has over 34 years of experience in Civil Engineering, holding degrees from the University of Pittsburgh, USA, and the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK. He founded ZHL Engineers Sdn Bhd in 2004 and has led the team since then.
Director
Datin Prof. Ir. Dr. Lariyah, Technical Director at ZHL Engineers Sdn Bhd, is also a Professor in Hydrology & Hydrotechnical at UNITEN. With a PhD in Civil Engineering, she specializes in dam safety and flood management consultancy, publishing extensively and holding leadership roles in professional organizations.
Associate Director
Ir. Hj. Abd Hamid brings over 43 years of experience in Civil Engineering. He earned his BSc in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Mara in 1978 and a Master’s in Water Resources from the University of Roorkee in 1990. Starting his career with DID Malaysia in 1980, he joined ZHL Engineers Sdn Bhd as an Associate Director in 2016, where he excels in planning, project management, and the design of infrastructure and geotechnical projects.
Associate Director
Ir. Hj. Azmi has over 41 years in Civil Engineering. He earned a Diploma in Engineering Hydrology from Institut Teknologi Mara in 1982 and a Master’s in Water Resources and Hydrology from Universiti Teknologi Mara in 2002. Starting as a Research Engineer with DID Malaysia in 1982, he joined ZHL Engineers Sdn Bhd as Associate Director in 2013. His expertise includes planning, project management, and detailed design of infrastructure, structural, and geotechnical works.
Associate Director
Ir. Ahmad Zafuan Ibrahim has over 15 years of experience in Civil Engineering. He earned his BSc in Civil Engineering from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) in 2009. Since then, he has worked at ZHL Engineers Sdn Bhd, where he was appointed Associate Director in 2022. His expertise includes flood mitigation, hydrodynamic modeling, and urban drainage and stormwater management.
